This is a maintenance release with focus on bug fixes.

Adding, removing or editing column in table definitions would in rare cases cause incorrect use of indexes.

The comparison with decimal NAN was not ordering, causing index lokkups to fail.

In rare cases a fetch was pre-maturely terminated.
